We were looking for a spatula to replace our favorite one that is breaking and bending in ways that it shouldn’t. I came across this one. I had never heard of the brand but it looked like a sound cooking utensil. I received it yesterday and put it to work immediately!
I made burgers for an after school snack for my daughter and myself. This spatula easily slipped under the burgers in the frying pan. Held the weight of them and were EASY to clean afterward. It was everything I could ask for. It is also surprisingly lightweight for its ability to function to the capacity that we need it to. We do a lot of cooking and it held up on the first day better than the one that we loved and are trying to replace from overuse. The handle is nice and firm and the spatula itself is sturdy. A great purchase! I need a whole army of these!
